Car paint must be polished regularly

If car paint is not waxed and polished regularly, the paint looses it's ability to repel water. Over time, the paint will deteriorate beyond repair.

These pictures show the difference between a well maintained panel, (water beads on the surface), and a panel that badly needs polishing, (water lies flat on the paint surface).
